Hello loves, i recently have been trying out these new AHA & BHA serums from this new brand called Neulii that was launched from the well known K-beauty shop RosheRoseShop.com. They came up with 5 serums for different skin conditions & purposes. RosheRoseShop generously sent me all 5 serums to try out and share my thoughts on them with you guys!
1. AHA Vita Brightening Serum – 100ml:
Brightening serum that makes skin vigorous and glossy with ideal amount of natural AHA, exfoliating ingredient and Vitamin C.
How to use:
All of these serums are pre serums, so they are used after cleansing but before toning.
I’ve used this one the most and it is my favourite serum of all 5 so far. I love vitamin C serums, I was using the Klairs Vitamin serum before but it oxidized so I didn’t get to finish it so as a replacement I’ve been using this one. This one feels really gentle on the skin and i love how bright my skin looks after using it. I haven’t noticed any drastic changes in my skin but I can definitely tell that my skin looks a bit more brighter and clearer.
Water, Pyrus Malus(Apple) Fruit Water, Hippophae Rhamnoides Water, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Glycolic Acid, Betaine, Panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate , Hydroxyethylcellulose , Sodium Hydroxide, Xanthan Gum, Ascorbic Acid.
The AHA Vita Brightening Serum is available at RoseRoseShop for $12.95, you can get it here.
2. Teatree BHA Blemish Control Serum – 100ml:
A serum containing natural BHA and tea tree ingredient, arranging sebum control and dead skin cells to prevent skin trouble.
I definitely saw some improvement on my skin and noticed that this serum did actually reduce the appearance of my pimples and shrink them in size. This one does contain alcohol in it however it didn’t break me out or dry out my skin surprisingly, since alcohol can be very drying. Consistency wise, it feels like water, dries pretty quickly and leaves no stickiness or residue.
Water, Salix Alba(Willow) Bark Water, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Water, Alcohol, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Sodium Lactate , PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Lactic Acid , Hydroxyethylcellulose ,Betaine Salicylate(0.2%) , Bis-PEG-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane, Cassia Obtusifolia Seed Extract, Panthenol, Allantoin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil.
The TeaTree BHA Blemish Control Serum is available at RoseRoseShop for $12.95, you can get it here.
3. Aloe BHA Soothing Serum – 100ml:
Gel-type serum that helps in recovering roughened and sensitive skin, contains natural BHA and aloe, excellent for calming skin.
I love using this serum, i have extremely dry skin and i love how soothing and moisturizing it feels on my skin. If you have rough and sensitive skin I would highly recommend this product for you to try as it helps with roughness & redness as well.
Water, Salix Alba(Willow) Bark Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Water, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Panthenol , Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Betaine Salicylate(0.05%), Sodium Polyacrylate, Sodium Hyaluronate
The Aloe BHA Soothing Serum is available at RoseRoseShop for $12.95, you can get it here.
4. Greentea BHA Pore Tightening Serum – 100ml:
Highly enriched serum containing concentrated green tea and natural BHA extracts; removes pore expansion caused by excessive sebum, and helps maintain pore contraction.
I like to use this serum around my nose & cheek areas since this is where my pores appear to be the most larger. I did notice that it made my skin more firm and tight and also made my pores less noticeable.
Water, Salix Alba(Willow) Bark Water, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Alcohol, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Cassia Obtusifolia Seed Extract, Arginine, Allantoin, Carbomer, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sodium Hyaluronate, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Peel Oil , Menthyl Lactate, Mentha Haplocalix Extract.
The GreenTea BHA Pore Tightening Serum is available at RoseRoseShop for $12.95, you can get it here.
5. Snail Bee Anti Wrinkle Serum – 100ml:
A serum containing snail slime and propolis extracts to assist anti-aging and wrinkle care.
This one is a bit interesting to me as i’ve never tried a product that contains snail in it before and apparently snail products are really good for fading acne scars and reduce hyperpigmentation as well as many other skin regeneration benefits. I gave this one away to my mom since i don’t necessarily need it, and so far she really likes it. The texture is a bit slimy but doesn’t feel heavy and absorbs really well onto the skin.
Water, Butylene Glycol, Snail Secretion Filtrate, Propolis Extract, Betaine, 1,2-Hexanediol, Allantoin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Carbomer, Sodium Hyaluronate, Panthenol, Arginine, Adenosine.
The Snail bee Anti Wrinkle Serum is available at RoseRoseShop for $12.95, you can get it here.
Overall: My favourite serum was the AHA Vita Brightening serum and the BHA Blemish Control one because I did notice some improvement on my skin. Most of the serums didn’t have a scent, they smelled like nothing except for the green tea pore tightening and the blemish control ones, but the scent fades away after a while. I would highly recommend these serums if you’re a total skincare newbie like myself. All 5 serums retail for $12.95US and are available to purchase at RoseRoseShop right here.
